Beautiful property and extremely comfortable. We stayed for Shaky Knees and had 7 people who slept great and had enough room. We would highly recommend staying here and would enjoy staying again next year if allowed. Thanks for everything!

Location was everything but the place was not thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen as well as the screen on patio area. Management offered to have cleaners come in on Thursday. We arrived on Sunday and checkout was on a Sunday. Having someone come in midweek wasn’t an option as I cleaned the place myself to have someone reassurance that my children and I were staying in a reasonable clean space for the week. Also the grass was severely overgrown. I was told they’d send someone and they came back saying they couldn’t find anyone so I unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space which is one of the top reasons I selected this home. Tons of homeless people in the area so be careful and mindful of selecting this option.

As my family gathered to celebrate a few high school graduations we were beyond pleased with this gorgeous listing. The pictures were absolutely accurate the house was very well-maintained with lots of beautiful surprises like a screened in porch for instance. Unfortunately, Atlanta was in the middle of a phenomenal rain occurrence so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard but it sure was pretty to look at. Parking was ample most evenings. Though during the day there’s so many things happening nearby that the locals do park right where the house is and walkabout. I can’t say enough great things about this property if it my entire family of eight adults and two children perfectly if we had to do it again we would absolutely sign up for this property every single time! And did I mention the location was spot on and close to so many things that we wanted to experience as a family. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. IS IT FOR SALE?
